All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. In case of unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments made.

3. Orders and Contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products listed in your cart. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is only valid once we dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in CHF or EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, TWINT, and others listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
