Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, and other EU countries.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Duties & Taxes
For customers outside Switzerland, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Shipping costs will apply.
