Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return items in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Final Sale and Customized Items

Items marked as final sale as well as customized or personalized products are excluded from returns and refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
